Academic Interests

 

I am interested in applying an integrative approach for a better understanding of the behavioral ecology of birds. My projects generally involve intense fieldwork with detailed observations of bird behavior in their environment.

My current work focuses on understanding the interaction between mating systems, parental care, life histories, and communication of Grass Wrens. To achieve this goal, our fieldwork requires documenting the breeding activities of color-banded individuals over the breeding season and carrying out behavioral observations daily..
