Academic Interests
I am passionate about comprehensively studying avian behavioral ecology. This involves examining how mating systems, parental care, life histories, and communication influence bird behavior in their natural habitat. My research focuses on Grass Wrens and how these ecological aspects impact their behavior. To achieve this, I conduct extensive fieldwork, carefully documenting the breeding activities of color-banded individuals throughout the breeding season, along with daily behavioral observations. Through these meticulous investigations, I aim to gain insight into the evolutionary drivers shaping avian behavior in Grass Wrens.
